The owner of the web page LTD Dizains MZ registration Nr. 40203292707, legal address Klavas - 6, Ezeres pagasts., Saldus nov.,  Latvia from one side (further used "Seller") and the person who places the order (further used "Buyer") from other side concludes the following contract:

On this website, the seller of the goods offered is LTD Dizains MZ registration Nr. 40203292707, legal address Klavas - 6, Ezeres pagasts., Saldus nov.,  Latvia, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:

1. General Terms.

• The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the order placed on the internet store;
• A general description of the goods, composition, packaging, and delivery method are described individually for each product. The Seller informs that product information may be changed without notice;
• In cases where the ordered goods are not available or there are delivery problems, the Seller informs the Buyer within one working day;
• Product colors in real life may differ from what is seen on the internet due to monitor settings;
• Product prices for each product are reflected separately. The Seller informs that prices in the internet store are subject to change without notice;

2. Ordering Goods.

• To place an order on the internet store, the Buyer selects the goods, their size or one of the available variations, and adds them to the shopping cart. To confirm the order, the Buyer selects the option - Order;
• The Buyer is personally responsible for the accuracy of delivery data;
• To make changes to the order, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller of the changes using the contact form or by emailing [email protected];
• By ordering the goods, the Buyer confirms that they have read the product description, care instructions, and all information related to the specific product published in the product description;
• If the Buyer has any questions or uncertainties about ordering goods or order details, the Buyer should contact the Seller using the contact form or by writing to [email protected] ;
• The goods for the Buyer are reserved only after payment is made.

3. Payment for Goods.

Payment for the product is possible in one of the following ways:

• Bank Transfer;
• PayPal;
• Mastercard and Visa payment card;
• Apple pay;
• Bank Link from major banks – Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, LHV, Coop and others;

    - The  invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature;

    -  Commission fees (interbank commission, etc.) related to the transfer to the Seller are borne by the Buyer;

    -  The Seller begins the production of the order only if the Seller has received the money for the order in the Seller's bank account;

4. Goods Delivery

 - The Seller delivers the order to the Buyer according to the delivery method chosen by the Buyer;
 - The dispatch of goods takes place within 1-4 working days from the moment of payment for the order, in cases where a longer time is needed for the preparation of the order, the Seller informs the Buyer about it;
 - In urgent cases where the Buyer requires faster dispatch/delivery, the Buyer informs the Seller to agree on the possibility of faster dispatch/delivery;

 - Delivery costs depend on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer. Available delivery methods are:

  - Delivery using OMNIVA parcel machine, price - EUR 3.00 (free for orders over EUR 40 );

  - Delivery in the territory of Baltic states using Omniva courier mail price - EUR 15.00;

  - Pickup at Saldus district, Ezere village - free of charge.

 - In cases where the Buyer wants to receive the order using a different delivery method, this must be coordinated with the Seller;
 - In cases where the preparation of the order is delayed, the Seller immediately informs the Buyer about the delay in delivery of the order;
 - The Seller is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods related to the delay of the chosen delivery service provider by the Buyer (Omniva, Express pasts, etc.).

5. Right of withdrawal.

- If the Buyer wishes to return the ordered goods or exchange them, they may do so within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order in the following cases:

• The goods are not used;
• The goods are in the original packaging with original labels and in complete set;
• The goods are not soiled, wrinkled, or otherwise damaged;

- To refuse the ordered product, the Buyer sends a letter of refusal to the e-mail [email protected];

- The buyer is obliged to deliver the goods to the seller within 7 days after sending the letter of refusal. All delivery expenses for return item will pay Buyer..

- The seller returns the money to the buyer's bank account within 14 days from the moment of receiving the goods;

- The refund is made using the same means of payment that the Buyer uses to purchase the goods;

- In cases where the ordered goods are manufactured according to an individual order, the Seller does not accept the goods back or exchange them. (MK 255, paragraph 22);

- Using the right of refusal, please send the product to the Omniva parcel machine - Ezere ELVI parcel machine, indicating the phone no. 28623519.

- The 14-day right of withdrawal starts from the moment the product is delivered to the customer.

- According to the law, the right of refusal cannot be exercised by a legal entity.

6. Privacy

• We take responsibility that your private information (name, surname, delivery address, etc.) will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases where it is requested by law enforcement agencies.

• For the purpose of processing orders, accounting, and organizing the delivery of products, the Seller may request the following personal data from you: name, surname, address, telephone number, and email.

• The Seller's accounting is provided by the accounting firm "IB konsultācijas" LTD, which has access to your data and uses it only to ensure legally correct accounting for the Seller.

• The Buyer's provided data are stored on the website developer's platform, the Seller's computer, and the email address 3[email protected]. The data are protected and can only be accessed with a secure password.

• The storage period for Buyer's data is 5 years.

• The Buyer has the right to access their data, request data deletion, correct their data, request data processing to be stopped, object to data processing, and withdraw consent.

• We respect your privacy and will never use your data for purposes that could limit your privacy.

7. Marketing

• By agreeing to the terms, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications and emails from the Seller. The Buyer has the right to opt out of receiving emails and notifications at any time by sending an email to [email protected] .
